During lockdown, the Three Forts Challenge that was due to take place on 3rd May 2020, had to be cancelled.

As a charity, we rely on donations to be able to improve the facilities at our Centre. The donation following the Three forts Challenge would have been used to enhance our educational spaces and develop two classrooms.

The classrooms provide a vital resource for adults with learning disabilities, helping them to learn new skills and build self-confidence.  They are in desperate need of refurbishment and equipment. To help make this possible, we launched our Classroom Appeal on our website and social media platforms.

Gerald Illsley from Highdown Rotary saw the appeal and wanted to help.

On Thursday 22nd October we were delighted to welcome the Club President, Tracey Keyon and Alan Moss, Club Secretary, to our Centre.  They brought with them a box jam packed with stationery. Everyone was delighted with the items and we are very grateful for their support!
