Visitor Information

From Monday 4th January 2021, Our Centre will be open in line with Tier 4 Guidelines;

  • Our Garden Centre is open and also offering an online ordering and delivery service. 
  • Rangers Cafe will be open for take away only.
  • Outdoor play area is bookable online for 1 hour time slots.  The play area is then closed for cleaning before the next slot.
  • Dales Farm remains closed.

CCTV is in operation across our site for the protection of our Customers and property.

We welcome dogs in our Garden Centre, but must be kept on a lead at all times.  No dogs are allowed on our stable yard, Dales Farm or outdoor play area.

We are a no smoking site.

    The Centre is open to the General Public 7 days a week from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday - Saturday and 10:00am-4:00pm Sundays and Bank Holidays. You can visit Dales Farm, Café, Children’s Play Areas and Garden Centre during these hours, the admission fee only applies to the farm areas.
