Ferring Country Centre offers regular visitors to our soft play area the opportunity to purchase an annual pass. Valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Please read the following guidelines before purchasing:

Maximum height for entry to our soft play is 3’6” (107 cm).
There is no minimum age or height. 
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the safety of the child. No photography or videoing is allowed without prior permission.
No food or drink is allowed in the soft play area.
No glassware is to be taken into the play area.
Please remove shoes before entering, however socks must be worn at all times and hand sanitiser used.
Arms and legs should be covered at all times.
Please remove all jewellery, badges, hair clips and other sharp objects.
Children who are unwell should not use the play area.
Leave all personal items outside the play area.
Children should visit the toilet and wash their hands before entering the soft play area.

2 children: £80

3 children: 110

4 children: £140

They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Once you have placed your order, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you via email, to request photos for the pass/passes. If you are buying the soft play pass as a gift, we are able to send a gift certificate to your recipient with your personalised message.

Please allow 5 working days for your passes to be processed.

We would respectfully like to remind soft play users that picnics are not allowed to be consumed in Ranger’s Café, as the tables are reserved for Café customer use. However, we would not object to a baby/toddler eating baby food/ finger food if the adults are buying a meal from the Café. Or, alternatively, we have a large picnic area in Dales Farm, or we are lucky to be surrounded by beautiful countryside for walks and picnics.
