Sign in and out

Our sign in and out cabin is manned from 8.45am until 9.30am and 3.00pm and 4.30pm.  When dropping Customers off during this time, please report to the sign in cabin.  If you are dropping off or collecting between 9.30am and 3.00pm, please report to reception.

Drinks

We have a new filtered water dispenser in the customer dining room which is always accessible to our Customers during our day service times. Hot drinks will now only be served during morning break and lunchtime.  Customers are welcome to bring in a filled flask of warm drinks to keep in their locker. If you feel they will need hot drinks outside of these times.

Absence reporting

If you need to report a Day Service Customer's absence, please call 01903 245078 and press 1.  Please leave your name, the customers name and reason for absence. Thank you.
