Day Service Day service Day Service Customer News If there is any disruption to our Day Service due to bad weather, we would post the most up to date information here. The Centre will be closed on the following days: 19th April - Good Friday 22nd April - Easter Monday 6th May - Early May Bank Holiday 27th May - Late May Bank Holiday Sports and Fun Day 11th June The Mencap Sport & Fun Day is taking place this year, on Tuesday 11th June 2018 at Worthing Leisure Centre, Shaftesbury Avenue, Worthing from 10:00 AM till 2:45 PM. We would ask you to make your own arrangements regarding transport to and from the leisure centre. Please bring with you Sun Cream, Packed Lunch and Trainers/Sportswear. You can read the easy read version of this text here. Sign in and out Our sign in and out cabin is manned from 8.45am until 9.30am and 3.00pm and 4.30pm. When dropping Customers off during this time, please report to the sign in cabin. If you are dropping off or collecting between 9.30am and 3.00pm, please report to reception. You can read the easy read version of this text here. If you are attending the Centre for a meeting or review, please sign in and out with the sign in cabin or reception. You will be issued with a visitors badge which must be displayed at all times, whilst on site. This should then be handed back when you sign out. Drinks We have a new filtered water dispenser in the customer dining room which is always accessible to our Customers during our day service times. Hot drinks will now only be served during morning break and lunchtime. Customers are welcome to bring in a filled flask of warm drinks to keep in their locker.
