Catering In our public café and customer canteen we are able to offer a variety of skills including cooking, life skills, numeracy, customer care, healthy eating, menu planning and organisation. We work in line with the ‘better business’, and are proud to have achieved Level 5 in Food Hygiene. This is a commercial standard increasing day service customer’s knowledge of good hygiene. This is important training for people wishing to work or volunteer in a café environment; as multi-tasking skills including customer care are supported and taught. Our staff are specialists in this area allowing for a realistic kitchen experience.
